Most orders will ship same or next business day.

Custom orders, including custom cut pickguards or custom wiring, typically go into production same or next business day. Since we process orders as quickly as possible, please be sure of your order before completing your purchase or ask any questions prior to finalizing your cart.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Flat rate standard and priority USA shipping options are available at checkout. Most orders will ship via USPS.

International shipping options are limited. Contact us for options.

At this time, we are only shipping to Canada, Australia & New Zealand.

We use USPS Priority International Shipping and the non-refundable charge for these services is $50.

Pickguards are designed to work with Fender Standard 2002 & Newer US & MIM guitars. We do not guarantee the fit on any other style, year or model line. Guards are not designed to work with Squier, Custom, Light, Deluxe, any Artist-Series, Reissue, or anything else other than Standard. If you have a different model or year, contact us prior to purchase so we can make sure we have what you need.

Components, placements and wiring are designed to work with standard systems. If you have something non-standard, contact us prior to purchase.

Some body cavities or systems may not be compatible with products offered on this site. You are solely responsible for your selections. We don’t judge suitability of your components or option selections as we don’t know the nature of your build. Typically, we will not confirm with you prior to production - exercise discretion and ask any questions before finalizing your cart so you can be sure of your choices prior to purchase.

Allow and expect variation due to photo and monitor settings, personal perception, as well as natural product variance. We recommend carefully considering your online purchase if you are looking for a specific color or are trying to match an existing color/theme on your guitar as we are not able to guarantee any particular outcome.

Some standard items are offered for convenience and review of options available for custom work. You may find comparable items elsewhere. We encourage you to shop around and purchase from the seller of your choice as appropriate for your buying, budget, shipping and service preferences.

Item availability may fluctuate. We do not typically accept back-orders. We will contact you if an item in your order has gone out of stock.

Color, sound, performance, or other descriptions are subjective as well as generic in nature. Your outcome will vary based on many factors - most importantly your own perception, skill, style, equipment and experience.

Tech work may vary in accordance with personal style or preference. Any substitutions made will be equivalent or upgraded versions of your selections.
